8 September 2006

Luanda, Angola, 08 Sept – Angola’s National Internal Trade Office (DNCI) this month began the process of granting licenses via the Internet in order to make processes easier and lower high intermediation costs, Angolan news agency Angpop reported.

According to Angpop, which cited national trade director, Gomes Cardoso, licensing request may be carried out via the site.

As well as the trade license, the service will also be able to carry out the subscription and registration in the trade records, as well as inspection of facilities, Cardoso said.

Cardoso advised users to stop using intermediaries and make use of the Internet site, as costs were lower.
