Irish company builds tourist resort in Cape Verde

Dublin, Ireland, 28 Nov – Irish company, Cape Verde Development has said it plans to invest 2 million euros on a tourist resort and golf courses in Cape Verde, according to Monday’s edition of the Irish Times.

The paper added that Cape Verde Development, together with its local partners, will build 6,000 residential units in a 425 hectare area in Calheta bay, on Sal Island.

The resort will have two professional-level golf clubs designed by golfer Ernie Els and, closeby there will be a hotel with a marina and water park managed by the Nikki Beach chain of resorts.

Cape Verde Development is an Irish company with headquarters in Cork, which sells high-quality properties in Cape Verde. (macauhub)
