Mozambican companies present at nine international fairs

Maputo, Mozambique, 26 April – Mozambique’s Institute for Export Promotion (Ipex) is organizing the official participation of Mozambican companies in 12 fairs, three of which in Mozambique and nine international fairs.

According to Ipex’s Fairs and Expositions Service, the first fair – the International Zimbabwe Fair – had already begun in Bulawayo on April 24 and will run to April 28.

Between May 18 and 27, the Malawi International Fair will be held, in the city of Blantyre, which will also be attended by Mozambican companies.

Also in May, and for the first time this year, Mozambican companies specialized in the wood sector will take part in the German International Fair in Cologne from may 9 to 12.

From June 28 to July 7, the Tanzania International Fair will be held in Dar-Es-Salaam, at the same time as the Zambia International Fair, in the city of Ndola, from June 27 to July 7.

Mozambican companies will also have the opportunity to take part in international fairs such as the International Maputo Fair (FACIM), which will take place from August 27 to September 2, and the Chimoio Fair from October 20 to 29 and the Nampula Fair in the same month.

Internationally, attention will be focused on the SAITEX Fair in Johannesburg, South Africa and the Macau Fair and business mission from October 18 to 21.

the Kenya Fair will also beheld in October in Nairobi and the Japan International Fair will take place in Tokyo.

As well as fairs, trade missions have also been scheduled during the Brazil and India fairs in November. (macauhub)
