Cape Verde’s PM to visit Sao Tome for cooperation talks

Praia, Cape Verde, 1 Aug – Prime Minister José Maria Neves of Cape Verde will visit Sao Tome and Principe from 17-23 Aug for talks on bilateral ties and ways of deepening future cooperation, officials said.

Neves will be accompanied by senior Praia officials on his visit to Sao Tome. Ahead of the high-level trip, Cape Verde’s Communities Institute is meeting this week to evaluate projects in Sao Tome aimed to improve conditions for Cape Verde’s longtime emigrant community in the Gulf of Guinea state.
