Angola: Fundo de Fomento Empresarial aims to support private business sector

Luanda, Angola, 2 May – Angolan business promotion agency, Fundo de Foemnto Empresarial, the creation of which was approved Wednesday in Luanda by the Council of Ministers, aims to set up conditions to ensure the sustained growth of the business and financial capabilities of national private investors.

The government thus has a financial instrument that is capable of structuring and framing investments that have already been started, with a view to re-industrialising the country and developing the national private sector, according to a government statement.

Fundo de Fomento Empresarial is ruled by the recommendations of the Council of Ministers, which is run by the Finance Ministry, for companies in the industrial sector in order to obtain good levels of long term return. (macauhub)
