Brazil: Brazilian inventors attend Taiwan international fair

25 September 2008

Sao Paulo, Brazil, 25 Sept – Eighteen prototypes developed by Brazilians will be present at this year’s International Invention Show and Technomart, which is held from Thursday to Sunday in Taiwan.

Carlos Mazzei, president of the National Inventors Association (ANI), which is taking Brazilian inventions to the show, said that, “Brazilians look to solve problems in a very objective way,” and that the Taiwan fair was important to give the inventions international visibility.

Mazzei noted some of the prototypes developed in Brazil – a glow in the dark skateboard, a pizza box that turns into a toy and an “ampole breaker” to make doctors’ jobs easier.

Mazzei also mentioned a gadget that prevents gas bottles from exploding and said that, “these are products that cannot go wrong.” (macauhub)
