Luanda, Angola, 5 Nov – The government of Angola approved on Wednesday the issue of medium-term treasury bonds worth US$ 4 billion on international markets, state news agency Angop reported.
The bonds will be issued in two tranches of up to US$ 2 billion each between December 2009 and June 2010, a government statement said. The same meeting of the Luanda cabinet approved a US$ 64 million project to build two plastic drinks packaging factories in the provinces of Luanda and Benguela. (macauhub)
