Portuguese-Angolan company invests US$150 million in Angola

Kuito, Angola, 20 April – Portuguese-Angolan owned company Refriango has invested US$150 million, between 2005 and 2010, in producing soft drinks, wine, juice, purified water and tonic water, the company’s Communication and Marketing director, Eurico Feliciano said in Kuito.

Speaking to Angolan news agency Angop, Feliciano said that over the last five years the company had expanded its business to the country’s 18 province and announced it intended to increase production to better meet the demands of the market.

Refriango, the leader in Angola’s soft drinks market, is owned by Portuguese and Angolan shareholders, and currently has 17 brands and 62 references, some of which are drinks market leaders. (macauhub)
