First Portuguese language country real estate confederation founded in Luanda

Luanda, Angola, 10 May – The ministers of Public Works, Transport and Communications of Portugal, Antonio Mendonça, and of Urbanism and Construction of Angola, José Ferreira, presided on Sunday over creation of the first Portuguese Official Language Real Estate Confederation (CIMLOP).

Mendonça explained that the confederation would be “a factor to mobilise investment and will contribute a great deal towards stimulating and modernising the real estate and construction sector in countries where Portuguese is the official language.”

The ceremony was held on the last day of the First Angola Real Estate Fair (SIMA). The founding members of CIMLOP are sector organisations from Portugal, Brazil and Angola, which will be represented by the Association of Angolan Real Estate Professionals (APIMA). (macauhub)
