Factory bottles 5,000 litres of water per day in Huambo, Angola

Longonjo, Angola, 30 July – The “Puríssima Água do Lépi” water bottling factory in Longonjo, in Angola’s Huambo province, is bottling 5,000 litres of water per day, the factory’s manager, Augusto Kapassa said.

The factory, which is located in Lépi, 22 kilometres to the east of Longonjo municipality, cost over US$10 million, financed by the African Development bank (ADB).

The factory started operating two months ago and employs 22 people, a number that is due to increase due to increased demand for water. (macauhub)
