Johannesburg, South Africa, 15 Sept – South African airline Comair Ltd Tuesday in Johannesburg announced it planned to expand its African routes with flights to Mozambique and to Tanzania within the next few months.
On presentation of its results for the financial year ended on 30 June, the airline said only that expansion in Africa had progressed over the last 12 months and that soon new services to Dar-es-Salaam and Maputo would be added.
Comair Ltd is listed on the Johannesburg stock exchange and for 12 years has been operating the local and regional flights of Southern African British Airways from Johannesburg airport to destinations such as Mauritius, Livingstone, Harare, Victoria Falls and Windhoek.
Comair Ltd also runs kulula.com, the first low cost airline in Africa. (macauhub)
