Luanda, Angola, 6 Oct – The low level of use of banking services by the population of Luanda is still low, according to a market survey carried out by the Institute for Public Opinion and Market Research (IPOP) presented Tuesday in Luanda.
The technical director for the survey, Mitiko Horigoshi, noted during the presentation that as well as the usage level being low, that sue was focused on deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
The presentation of the survey on the level of use of banking services coincided with the presentation of IPOP itself, a private Angolan company focused on public opinion and market research, across the whole of Angola in all manner of business sectors.
The chief executive of the company, Sebastião Panzo, said on the occasion that one of IPOP’s aims was to create the physical and technological base required to carry out public opinion, image, market and social and economic surveys in the country. (macauhub)
