Mission of Mozambican businesspeople take part in business summit in India

Maputo, Mozambique, 11 Jan – A Mozambican mission made up of businesspeople and representatives of several institutions have been taking part since Monday, In Gujarat, India, in the 5th Global Business Summit, the Mozambican press reported.

Angolan news agency AIM said that the business delegation included 20 businesspeople and the official delegation is made up of representatives of the Directorate to Support the Private Sector (DASP), the Centre for Investment Promotion (CPI), the Institute for Promotion of Exports (Ipex), Office of Accelerated Economic Development Zones (Gazeda) and the Instite for Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (IPEME).

The summit, which will bring together business people from almost all over the world until 13 Jan, is an opportunity for businesspeople from Mozambique to publicise the opportunities and potential that Mozambique offers in the transport, agriculture, tourism, mining, energy, and hotel and tourism sectors.
