Lubango, Angola, 25 Jan – Construction work on the three hotels owned by insurance company AAA, in the city of Lubango, which began in 2009, is due to end in August of this year, the construction director of construction company Pré-Building said Monday.
Rui Azevedo said that the work was 50 percent finished and that only finishing work was left to do.
Azevedo said that sound proofing and thermal insulation work was underway on the rooms, as well as damp proofing, laying electrical cables and finsihes on the fronts of the buildings.
The three-star hotels will be called International United and have 120 rooms each, restaurants, conference rooms, car park and other facilities.
Huíla province has 97 hotel units and more than 2,000 rooms available. (macauhub)
