31 January 2011

Sao Paulo, Brazil, 31 Jan – Portuguese state airline TAP – Air Portugal has launched an advertising campaign in Brazil to promote flights to China, in a code share agreement with Air China, the Brazilian press reported.

The campaign, which will run until March, includes advertisements in several formats, including television, press, Internet and radio and has its own mascot, a typically Chinese panda.

The 30-second TV adverts include the new mascot and send out the message that with the new TAP flight, China is now much closer to Brazil. (macauhub)
