Mozambique takes part in 7th Africa/India summit meeting

Maputo, Mozambique, 24 Feb – Mozambique is due to take part, from 25 to 29 March, in the seventh Africa-India summit meeting, taking place in the Indian capital, New Delhi, a source from the Centre for investment Promotion (CPI) told Macauhub.

The Mozambican delegation will be headed by Prime Minister Aires Ali, and will include representatives from several companies that may explore business opportunities in the areas of construction, agriculture and agri-industry, the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, tourism, transport and communications, mining resources, information and communication technologies, education, water and sanitation, amongst others.

The 2011 meeting, entitled, “Creating possibilities:  Generating value,” aims to create and provide a platform for meetings between decision-makers and African countries, multilateral, regional and national financial organisations and Indian companies. (macauhub)
