Luanda, Angola, 13 April – Angolan national airline TAAG has said that its three long-haul aircraft are now fully operational after the incidents that occurred last December on flights from Lisbon to Luanda and Luanda to Dubai.
Due to technical problems, different Boeing 777-200ER aircraft landed on just one engine after some parts fell from the engines in mid-flight.
The Angolan airline’s board of directors decided to cancel all flights using the Boeing 777-200ER aircraft and began investigating the cause of the faults.
According to a statement from the company, “With the third and final Boeing 777-200ER aircraft now going into operation, TAAG’s long-haul fleet is now fully operational.” (macauhub)
