Maputo, Mozambique, 10 Nov – The director-general of the China Development Bank, Jiang Zhigang, was received in Maputo by the president of Mozambique, Armando Guebuza during a working visit to Mozambique, Mozambican daily newspaper Notícias reported.

Jiang’s trip to Mozambique, according to the newspaper, is intended to identify new areas for cooperation, particularly in planning.

At the end of the meeting, the Chinese ambassador to Mozambique, Huan Songfu, said that teams from both countries were looking into ways of carrying out projects in that area. (macauhub)
