Luanda, Angola, 29 Feb – Representatives of 300 Argentinean companies are due to take part in a multi-sector business exchange on 6 and 7 March in Luanda, as part of a visit by the Argentinean Foreign Minister, Héctor Timerman, the chairman of the Luanda International Fair said Monday.

Cited by Angolan news agency Angop, the FIL chairman, Matos Cardoso said that the exchange would involve companies from sectors such as food, construction, industry, electricity, information technology, clothing, agricultural equipment, drinks, hygiene, transport, oil, agri-livestock, energy, and water.

“The Angola/Argentina Multi-sector Business Exchange aims to create synergies, boost ties between the two countries and sign economic cooperation deals,” said Matos Cardoso, calling for the mass and active participation of Angolan businesspeople.

The visit to Angola by the Argentinean Foreign Minister, Héctor Timerman, is scheduled for next week on 4 and 5 March. (macauhub)
