Palace of Justice inaugurated in Maputo, Mozambique

Mozambique’s Palace of Justice, built by Chinese construction company CCM has been inaugurated in the Mozambican capital by the President of the Republic Armando Guebuza, according to a report Monday in Mozambican newspaper O País.

The new building, which has 12 floors and cost US$12 million, which was provided by the people’s Republic of China will house civil, commercial and labour sections and the Judicial Courts of the City of Maputo.

The building will also house the office of representatives of the Public Prosecution Department, along with the Maputo Judicial Court, and the Supreme Court of Appeal. (macauhub)
