India wants to increase sales of plastic products to Mozambique

13 March 2012

A mission of Indian businesspeople operating in the plastics sector visited Mozambique in the first week of March to promote exports, the Mozambican Confederation of Economic Associations (CTA) said Monday in Maputo.

The CTA said that exports of plastic products from India to Mozambique were estimated at US$14 million per year.

The Indian mission included 12 businesspeople that met with local counterparts in an attempt to do new deals.

India’s worldwide plastics exports total around US$5 billion each year. (macauhub)
