Trade between Angola and Spain totals 1 billion euros in 2011

Trade between Angola and Spain in 2011 totalled 1 billion euros in 2011, the Spanish ambassador to Angola, José Maria Castroviejo Bolibar said in Luanda Monday.

Speaking to Angolan news agency Angop, the diplomat said that in 2012 he expected a considerable increase in trade.

Angola exports oil to Spain and imports manufactured goods, machinery, tools and agri-livestock goods from Spain.

According to the ambassador, Angola is the second-largest supplier of oil to Spain in Africa after Nigeria. (macauhub)
