The Millennium Angola bank, of Portuguese private banking group Banco Comercial Português, has been chosen, for the second time, as the best foreign-owned bank in Angola by EMEA Finance magazine.
Millennium Angola, according to the jury of the African Banking Awards 2012, stood out for its sustainable development, continuous innovation, solid growth, and ability to produce better-than-expected results.
The awards for African banks will be published in the October/November 2012 issue of the magazine, which will be available at the Annual Forum of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, which will be held this year in Tokyo, Japan.
EMEA Finance (Europe, Middle East and Africa) magazine is aimed at the financial community in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including chief executives, top management and financial managers who are responsible for investments and making strategic decisions at large global companies and financial institutions.
