Angola’s ANIP signs four foreign investment contracts

Four private investment contracts worth US$144.7 million have been signed at the Luanda headquarters of the National Private Investment Agency (ANIP), reports Angolan news agency Angop.

The four contracts covering investment in the industry, construction and service sectors were signed on Wednesday by representatives of the companies Topack Industries (Mauritius), Anhui Construction Engineering Group (China), Oasis Alamane (Pakistan and Mauritania) and Aggreko (Scotland).

ANIP president Maria Luísa Abrantes said on the occasion that the four contracts would create 430 jobs and help transfer technologies and train national personnel. (macauhub)
