Angola’s ANIP signs another 12 private investment contracts

Twelve private investment contracts, worth US$35 million, were signed Tuesday in Luanda by the National Private Investment Agency (ANIP) and by national and foreign investors.

The contracts were signed by representatives of Documentangola, an Angolan document archive company, Construtora OAS, a construction company that plans to operate across the country, and Plurália, a project located in Cabinda province for construction and exploration of an international quality primary and middle school.

As well as these three companies, private investment contracts were also signed by Cummis Angola, Diageo Angola, Veolia Walter Oil, Yan Zhuxing e EGSP Tecnoplano, Olicargo Transitário Angola, Barloword Equipaments Angola, Management Angola and Gigangola.

ANIP, which was set up in 2003, is the government body responsible for carrying out national policy on private investment, its promotion, coordination, and supervision. (macauhub)
