The 11th edition of the Angola International Construction, Public Works, Urbanism and Architecture Fair (Projekta) is due to begin Thursday in Luanda with the participation of 537 national and international exhibitors, according to the event’s organisers.
The Projekta fair is organised by Eventos Arena and Feira Internacional de Luanda (FIL) and for the first time will have exhibitors from three African countries – South Africa, Ghana and Egypt – and a new area dedicated to interior design.
Portugal, with 72 companies, Turkey with 39 and Brazil with ten companies will have their own pavilions, and this year’s Projekta will also involve companies from China, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, India, Italy and the United Kingdom.
The event will be held in a covered area of 16,200 square metres to exhibit construction, architecture and public planning materials as well having an outside area for machinery and equipment.
Projekta, which is due to end Sunday, is focused on all players in the construction, public works, architecture and urbanism sectors. (macauhub)
