16 January 2014

One hundred and five thousand people will be part of the technical teams involved in the Angolan Population and Housing Census from 16 to 30 May of this year, an official from the Central Census Office said in Ndalatando, the capital of Kwanza Norte province.

Nelson Feijó de Almeida said that those people would be recruited via public tender and later split into teams made up of census agents, technical assistants, coordinators and drivers, amongst other roles.

The Central Census Office official said that across the country candidates were now being selected to take part in the process, and that later the selected people would undergo training. (macauhub)
