Exor Petroleum of Zimbabwe has set up a partnership with Mozambican oil company Petróleos de Moçambique (Petromoc) in which it will provide assets and Petromoc will provide capital and technical skills, the Zimbabwe press reported.
Exor Petroleum will provide the partnership with 14 operating service stations, four plots of land for construction, four storage deposits and other storage facilities in Zimbabwe and Petromoc will provide investment and technical skills.
The partnership, which will be known as PetromocExor, will change the branding at all the services stations operated so far by Exor Petroleum. This process is expected to take 12 months, according to Felizberto Guizemana, the company’s managing director.
In total, the two companies have an estimated fuel storage capacity of 5 million litres. (macauhub)
