Angola’s Oil Minister, José Maria Botelho Vasconcelos, said Tuesday in Vienna he was “satisfied” with the price of Brent oil per barrel, according to the international press.

“Price per barrel, with Brent at US$110, are good,” said the minister on his arrival in the Austrian capital, adding that at Wednesday’s meeting of the organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) the production quota was expected to remain at 30 million barrels per day.

Some of the ministers from the main OPEC countries, such as Ali Naimi of Saudi Arabia, have said that there is no need to increase current production levels. (macauhub/AO)
