The new Boeing 777-300-ER aircraft operated by Angolan flagship airline Linhas Aéreas de Angola last week started regular flights between Luanda and Dubai, the airline’s Image and Communications director, Carlos Vicente said.
According to Vicente the aircraft, which arrived in Luanda on 24 June from Seattle, made two trips to Dubai last week.
The aircraft, which offers 12 seats for first class passengers, 56 for executive passengers and 225 economy class seats, differs from the other two aircraft acquired in 2011 as it offers in-flight mobile phone and Internet services.
Taag offers flights to a number of international destinations including South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Portugal, Cuba, China and the United Arab Emirates. (macauhub/AO)
