Automakers in China showcase vehicle models in Macau

Most Chinese carmakers will exhibit some of their current models at the China (Macau) International Automobile Exposition, to be held at the Venetian Macau between 7 and 9 November, the event’s organisers said.

Mainland China will be represented at the event by Dongfeng Motor, Motor GAC, Beiqi, Chang’an Automobile, SAIC Motor, JAC, China North Industries Group, Great Wall Motors, Zhengzhou Yutong Bus and Shenzhen Wuzhoulong Motors.

The State-Owned Enterprise Electric Vehicle Industry Alliance of China along with the eight major producers of renewable energy powered vehicles will also be present at the fair.

According to the event’s organisers, the fair will also exhibit Bugatti, Pagani, Lamborghini, Bentley, Mercedes Benz, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, Lexus, BMW, Nissan, Noble, Mitsuoka, Lorinser and Tesla vehicles and will showcase 60 brands from 15 countries and regions.

The organisers expect the exposition, with an area of ​​62,000 square metres, to attract 165,000 visitors over three days. (macauhub/CN/MO)
