Brazil’s Embraer delivers 208 aircraft in 2014

Brazilian aeronautical company Embraer delivered 92 jets to the commercial airlines in 2014 and 116 aircraft for the executive aviation segment, a total of 208 aircraft, the company said in a statement issued Tuesday in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.

The company also said it had delivered a E170, 62 E175s, 19 E190s and 10 E195s to the commercial aviation companies.

In the executive aviation segment, last year Embraer delivered 92 light jets and 24 large jets.

In turn, in the fourth quarter 2014 Embraer delivered 30 aircraft for commercial aviation and 52 for executive aviation, including 38 light and 14 large jets.

In the latter segment, in the final quarter of the year the Brazilian company delivered 9 Phenom 100, 29 Phenom 300, 10 Legacy 650, three Legacy 500 and one Lineage 1000 jets.

On 31 December, 2014, Embraer had firm orders of 1,549 aircraft. (macauhub/CN/BR)
