The draft law simplifying the processing of incorporating commercial companies will be subject to a final vote after the approval of the Commission of Economy and Finance of the Angolan parliament, Angolan news agency Angop reported.
Presenting on Thursday, the report/joint opinion on the diploma, the bill’s promoter, Virgilio Tchova, said the document aimed to cut through the red tape of administrative procedures.
The diploma, Tchova said, was also intended to reduce costs for the creating single commercial companies, by modernising registration and notary services.
On 29 February the Angolan parliament, in a plenary session, will also take a final vote on the cooperatives bill. (macauhub/AO)
