Moza Banco will put together and lead the issue of 2.5 million bonds with a nominal value of 100 meticais each launched by Visabeira Moçambique, the Mozambican bank said in a statement.

The public subscription of the will run from 2 to 13 March and can be accessed through Moza Banco or any commercial bank in Mozambique, with the results reported in a special session of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, to be held on 16 March.

Moza Banco is a financial institution with Mozambican roots and provides the market with a wide range of product solutions and services.

Visabeira Moçambique was established in 1993 with the main task of coordinating the activities of Portuguese group Visabeira in the East African country. (macauhub/MZ/PT)
