The Angolan province of Cabinda from 25 to 17 March will host a Business Forum between Angola and the United States, which includes 13 ministers and 300 businessmen from Angola and the United States.
The governor of the province of Cabinda, Aldina da Lomba, told Angolan news agency Angop there was “an urgent need to create opportunities and funding mechanisms to attract more human, financial and technical resources to encourage investment, create jobs, increase local production and give purchasing power to consumers.”
According to Angop the Cabinda provincial government’s strategy during the Business Forum between Angola and the United States is to support the training of entrepreneurs with financial resources partnerships that create added value within the provincial economy.
“We have considerable resources and we need to find out who can assist us to make the most of the benefits that they hold and put them into service for the wellbeing of the people,” said the governor. (macauhub/AO)
