ICT Expo 2015 in Angola will have participation of 60 domestic and foreign companies

Sixty Angolan and foreign companies are already registered to attend the ICT Expo 2015, the fourth edition of the event, to be held from 14 to 17 May at the Luanda International Fair (Filda) venue, the fair’s organisers said Wednesday.

The manager of the Luanda International Fair (FIL), Celia Denise Francisco, told the Angolan news agency Angop that the event, jointly organised by the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technologies and FIL itself, is entitled, “The Challenge of the IT Sector in the Context of Diversifying the Economy. ”

Companies that have already registered represent countries such as Sweden, the United Kingdom, Portugal and Brazil, in addition to Angola.

“This year we will have new proposals, both in the launch of ​​telecommunications products as well as in the relationship between entrepreneurs to establish potential partnerships or conduct business, for which they will have their own space,” said Célia Francisco.

The event, which will take place in the Filda facilities, intends to disseminate best practices in public administration through the presentation of projects developed by the government on the best technology-driven products and services. (macauhub/AO/BR/PT)
