The second edition of Expo-Industry takes place from 10 to 13 December in Luanda, to promote the industrialisation of Angola and diversification of the national economy, the Ministry of Industry said recently in a statement .
The fair includes a parallel programme of conferences, training meetings and events and information, put together based on the expectations and needs of the exhibitors and the organisation, according to the ministry statement.
Under the motto “National Industry, a driver of change”, the event will take place at the World Trade Centre, next to the Viana Industrial Hub (PIV), in an area of over 3,000 square metres.
In the published statement, the Minister of Industry, Bernarda Gonçalves Martins said “We will host Expo-Industry 2015 in the heart of what is now called the industrial capital of Angola, Viana, near the Industrial Hub, an essential facility for the diversification of the Angolan economy.”
The first Expo-Industry fair, held in 2014, showcased 74 companies. (macauhub/AO)
