Promotional and business matching activities related to food products from Portuguese-speaking countries will be held from 28 to 30 April in Guangzhou, said the Macau Institute for Trade and Investment Promotion (IPIM).
IPIM, which acts as the organiser, also said the business matching, where various types of food and drinks from those countries will be on display, allow for a direct contact platform between buyers and suppliers.
After holding business matching events in Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Jiangmen with “positive recognition of entrepreneurs and good results,”, the events will take place in the next few days in the capital of Guangdong Province, with food suppliers from Macao and Portuguese-speaking countries presenting products such as canned goods, juices, oils, alcoholic beverages and baby food.
Alongside this event, also in Guangzhou, there will be a promotional activity for foodstuffs from the Portuguese-speaking countries to be held in a shopping centre in the city to allow consumers to experience the flavour and characteristics of the goods and to buy some of these foods. (macauhub)
