Eighty of the 200 companies that are expected to take part in this year’s edition of the Luanda International Fair (Filda 2017), to be held from 26 to 30 July, have already registered, said on Saturday the president of the Institute of Business Development (IFE).
Dalva Ringote Allen also told Angolan news agency Angop that the 80 companies already registered operate in the fisheries, agriculture, telecommunications, financial, mining, manufacturing, oil, energy and water, construction, transport and health sectors.
Of the 15 countries expected 10 have already confirmed their presence in the event, from South Africa, Cabo Verde (Cape Verde), Portugal and the republics of Congo and Democratic Congo, said the president of the IFE.
For the 33rd edition, which will occupy an area of 16,000 square metres, the Ministry of Economy will have the partnership of Eventos Arena, a company with some experience in holding events of this kind.
The 32nd edition of the Luanda International Fair, held from 21 to 26 July, 2015, was attended by more than 900 exhibitors, both domestic and foreign, exhibiting in an area of 50,000 square metres. (macauhub)
