Sixth China-Brazil satellite launched in 2019

In 2019 China and Brazil plan to launch their sixth joint satellite to study aspects related to agriculture, forests, the environment, water resources and natural disasters.


The announcement was made in Beijing by the China Space Science and Technology Corporation, which announced the launch of the CBERS-4A satellite by a Chinese Long March-4B rocket.


This is the sixth Sino-Brazilian satellite to be launched since 1999. (macauhub)
