The 23rd Macau International Fair (23rd MIF) will be held from 18 to 20 October, this year presenting Mozambique as partner country and Fujian as partner province, the Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) said.
During the three days of the event, from Thursday to Saturday, various forums and conferences will be held to promote regional economic and trade exchange and cooperation, as well as to help participating companies explore opportunities in connection with the “Belt and Road” the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau and the Sino-Lusophone platform.
This year’s edition of the Portuguese Language Countries Products and Services Exhibition (Macau) (PLPEX) will continue to take place alongside the Macau International Fair.
The 22nd edition of MIF, held in 2017, was attended by delegations from more than 50 countries and regions, and had in excess of 1,500 stands.
In addition, PLPEX was held for the first time, along with MIF, where 67 contracts were signed and more than 389 contact sessions held.
The Joint Exhibition of Members of the Forum for the Promotion of Asian Trade (ATPF), in its eighth edition, will also be part of MIF. (macauhub)
