The Angolan government will launch an international public tender to privatise six agro-industrial enterprises that have been recovered on behalf of the state, under an order of the President of the Republic, the local press reported.
The tender aims to deliver the six projects to national or foreign entities with technical and financial capacity, the dispatch said.
In a separate order, President João Lourenço ordered the State to recover six agricultural and livestock development projects that had been delivered under concession.
These are the Agro-Industrial projects of Fazenda do Longa, the Agricultural Development project of Camaiangala, the Agro-Livestock Development project of Manquete, the Agro-Industrial Farm of Cuimba, the Agro-Industrial Farm of Camacupa and the Agricultural Development Project of Sanza Pombo, according to the Angop news agency.
