Prime Minister of São Tomé and Príncipe visits China

São Tomé and Príncipe Prime Minister Jorge Bom Jesus visits China from 23 March for a week to meet with the government and with President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Lee Keqiang, according to official sources in the archipelago.

This is Bom Jesus’ first visit to China since taking office as prime minister in December 2018.

Meanwhile in Macau, it was announced that Gika Makeba da Graça Simão started working as delegate of São Tomé and Principe at Forum Macau.

Diplomat Graça Simão served as director of protocol of the President of the Republic. Between 2009 until his appointment as Head of protocol, he was placed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Communities of São Tomé and Príncipe.
