Angola’s oil production increased by 24,000 barrels per day (bpd) in September to 1.411 million bpd when compared to August, according to secondary sources, according to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) monthly oil market report.
The report, released on Thursday on the OPEC website, also said Angola’s oil production had increased by 41,000 bpd to 1.369 million bpd, also in monthly terms, based on direct communication.
From July to September Angola produced an average of 1.394 million bpd, a decrease of 26,000 bpd compared with the three-month period ending in June according to secondary sources, when production reached 1.42 million bpd, according to the same document.
According to direct production third-quarter production fell by 106,000 bpd to 1.318 million bpd, which compares with 1.424 million bpd in the second quarter of the year. (Macauhub)
