Macau gaming revenue drops 8.5% in November

Gross gaming revenue at Macau casinos fell 8.5% year-on-year in November to 22.877 billion patacas (US$2.859 billion), the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau said.

November was also the seventh month of 2019 in which the percentage change in gross revenue contracted year-on-year, with increases only in February (+4.4%), May (+1.8%), June (+5 9%) and September (+0.6%).

Gross revenue from January to November contracted 2.4% year-on-year to 269.617 billion patacas (US$33.702 billion).

Macau had 41 casinos at the end of the third quarter of 2019, 22 owned by Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, six by Galaxy Casino, five by Venetian Macau, two by Wynn Resorts (Macau), four by Melco Crown (Macau) and two by MGM Grand Paradise, with 6,756 tables and 17,348 slot machines. (Macauhub)
